1.2. We charge a 15% commission on each booking made through our platform.
1.3. If the customer pays at the property, you must submit your commission amount to us within 7 days of the customer's check-in date.
1.4. If the customer pays online, we will transfer the commission amount to your specified account within 7 working days after the customer's check-in date.
2. Accuracy of Information:
2.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your hostel, including pricing, amenities, availability, and any other relevant details.
2.2. If there are any changes to the information provided, it is your responsibility to promptly update the listing on our Website.
3. Real Photos and Information:
3.1. You must ensure that the photos and information provided for your hostel listing are real, accurate, and representative of the actual property.
3.2. If it is discovered that you have shared misleading or inaccurate photos or information, we reserve the right to remove your listing from our platform without prior notice.
4. Customer Claims and Disputes:
4.1. In the event that a customer makes a claim or dispute regarding the property or services provided, we will work with both parties to resolve the issue in a fair and reasonable manner.
4.2. If it is determined that the claim is valid and due to misrepresentation or misconduct on your part, we may take necessary actions, including but not limited to removing your listing and initiating a refund to the customer.
5. Payment and Financial Obligations:
5.1. You agree to promptly pay any outstanding commission amounts owed to us within the specified timeframe.
5.2. Failure to submit the commission within the agreed time period may result in suspension or termination of your listing on our platform.
6. Termination:
6.1. We reserve the right to terminate your listing and remove it from our Website at any time, with or without cause.
6.2. In the event of termination, any outstanding commission amounts owed to us must be settled immediately.
7. Liability:
7.1. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the services provided to the customers and any liabilities arising from the use of your hostel facilities.
7.2. We are not liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses incurred by you or the customers in connection with your listing or the use of your hostel services.
8. Modifications to Terms:
8.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Your continued listing on our Website after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
