1. Customer Payments:
a. Customers will be able to make online payments for hostel bookings through pkhostels.com.
b. The payment collected from customers will be securely held by pkhostels.com until the completion of the booking.
2. Transfer to Hostel Owner:
a. The hostel owner can request the transfer of their due payment after the customer's stay is completed.
b. Upon receiving the request, pkhostels.com will initiate the transfer of the payment to the hostel owner's designated bank account.
c. The transfer will be made within 15 working days from the date of the request.
3. Commission Payment:
a. The hostel owner is required to pay a commission to pkhostels.com for using the platform's services.
b. The commission amount and payment details will be outlined in the agreement between pkhostels.com and the hostel owner.
c. The hostel owner must deposit the commission payment to pkhostels.com within 15 days of receiving the payment from the customer.
d. Failure to make the commission payment within the specified timeframe gives pkhostels.com the right to remove the hostel property from the website.
